  Visited the bar/restaurant. The winner here is always the location - with the bar set right on top of the breaking waves and a good chance of spotting whales out at sea too. Drinks are reasonably priced and there are some yummy food options too. Service is friendly as well.

  Food is always amazing. Staff are very friendly. Fave place to get away from the commotion for a nice glass of wine and early dinner. Recommend the Grilled Fish. Well I recommend everything really!!

  I was in Dili for business staying near HNGV but got so tired of the smell and noise that I booked 3 nights at Ocean View Beach Hotel. (Good move) it is located away from the noise and right on the beachfront. There is a gorgeous spot right on the edge of the water where you can have a drink or be served a great meal, or both. Watch the local fishermen throw nets out to catch the fish attracted to the lights, or just listen to the waves.
