  Recently I had the pleasure of visiting Timor Leste. To enhance my experience, I decided to travel with my own set of wheels. My choice of car rentals did not disappoint. ESilva completely offered all services I needed for the trip. Not only were they professional but I felt at ease knowing I was hiring a vehicle that was going to do what it promised... had such an amazing journey. Five big stars for the company that made my road trip possible. Highly recommend this local business.

  We rented a Toyota Troop Carrier and we got the car which is very old - 12 years old. It was fine when we tested in the rental place, however, 3 hours after we started our trip to Baucau, the Battery stopped working. It just didn't work. Luckily we stopped somebody who happens to be a car mechanic that helped us get going, then we contacted the manager, they sent somebody overnight to Baucau to change the battery, then our issue was solved.

  If I could give them no stars, I would. Unfortunately you have to leave at least one star. Terrible, terrible rental experience. Rented a car for a trip last weekend; issues with car included (in order of severity): hand brake DID NOT WORK - THIS WAS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS, we could not even park on a very slight incline using the handbrake, air conditioning broken (17 hour round trip to and from Jaco, so hot that one of my friends got heat stroke during the journey), fuel gauge did not work (they knew this when we picked up the car but offered no compensation and could not even tell us how big the fuel tank was), one of the tyres was really worn - we highlighted this at the time and even took pictures of it as proof in advance but they did nothing about it and just said their mechanic had checked it (hard to believe since the hand brake didn't work), and lo and behold, that tyre popped when we were driving. After all this, no compensation whatsoever. We have also sent two complaint emails, nothing back so far in response. All round complete disappointment in this company. We will not be using them again.

  It's good place to rent cars. All type of car is available there especially 4WD and all car in good condition, but the price is very high for local customers. To go there, is only take 5 Minutes from Airport President Nicolau Lobato. And only take 1 minute from Timor Plaza.

  Very helpful company for the tourist destination visit Timor Leste. Trough this I want to know well about the price of the rent for 24 hours how much.?? Hope I'll be able to get a good info reply to my post.
